Energy is essential to do most things in Blox Fruits, such as using moves, using dodges, Air Jump, Flash Step, and others. Energy scales off the current Melee stat, with 5 Energy being added for each stat point allocated. To get the amount of energy one has:

Joining the game, the player will start off with 100 energy. The amount of energy the user has is indicated in the blue energy bar under the green health bar, with a current energy / total energy capacity
fraction format.
Trivia[]
- Energy can regens faster the higher your max. (2x faster on the ground)
- One dash consumes 30 energy. (except if you have the Rabbit race)
- The max amount of energy a player can have is 16880, with 2550 stat points in Melee, using the Kitsune Ribbon, and using Race Awakening.
- Trying to use a move that requires more energy than the player currently has will make a message appear saying "Low energy! [Amount of energy the move requires] energy required", and the move will not activate.
- Normal M1 attacks, such as kicking, punching, swinging a sword, firing a gun, using abilities such as the V3/V4 of a race, Summon Sea Beast, and using admin abilities will not drain energy.
- The only exceptions are Soul Guitar, Rubber, and Dough's M1.
- Other players and enemies energy bars can be seen by using Instinct.
- The 'Masterpiece' enchantment can remove the energy cost for the attacks of the item it is on.
- If you run out of energy completely, you are given the title “Empty Vessel”. It is recommended to use Phoenix's X for the most efficient energy drain.
